My apologies for the lack of posting. I meant to, but I’ve been unwell. Again. I’m not going to go into what it was that has kept me not being constructive for the last week, mainly because I don’t want to dwell on what I had for the third time this year.
Instead, I’m trying to finish this chapter of my dissertation before my brain gives up on anything academic for the year, which it is liable to do considering it is december. I’m hoping I’ll get it finished this week (fingers crossed), but can’t, won’t promise anything.
As for my knitting, I’m keeping it light at the moment. My Mary Mary has the body bound off and I just have the sleeves, collar and buttons to go. I at least managed to get it that far before last week happened. I am still very lax on taking pictures of my knitting. Must rectify.
I am really looking forward to time off and getting a chance to get stuck into some good books. But there’s one problem with that. I need suggestions! What have you read recently and loved?
